I placed an order for merchandise in April 2016 that was on back order. After calling and emailing Choxi several times, I was told that the merchandise was no longer available and that my credit card would be refunded.

My credit card was never credited! Choxi sent me an email and said that I had a credit on my account but I didn't want to order anything else from them so I lost my money. I have learned a valuable lesson and will be very careful when placing online orders for merchandise in the future.

I can't believe that a company will go out of business overnight! All complaints from Choxi should be settled and every customer who filed a complaint should receive a refund.
